SALON OPERATING PROCEDURES
DEPOSITS
Deposits will be taken at the time of booking for all online bookings, the deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. If you cancel your appointment online, you will lose your deposit. All online deposits are paid to Phorest salon Software not The Lilac Rooms. A 50% deposit may be required to secure larger booking made over the phone.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule it, however we will make every effort to accommodate you.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your treatment bill, and may be asked to pay in advance for all future appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you give at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment, failure to give the adequate notice will result in a 50% cancellation charge which must be paid before any future appointments are made.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
All our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment on anyone, if they feel that in their professional opinion this would be the correct decision.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
Children under 5 are not permitted in the salon.
PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the salon, as we must maintain a level of hygiene and be respectful to clients and staff who may have allergies to animals. Only registered assistance dogs will be permitted in the salon.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope that there is no need to refund or exchange any service or product that you have purchased from us. However, if you are unhappy with a product or service this is our policy:
PRODUCTS
Our products are sold after professional recommendation to minimise the incorrect purchase being made, A skin consultation must be carried out before the purchase of any AlumierMD products
If you purchase a product in error then we can happily exchange it for another product if it is unopened and all seals are still in tact or provide a refund if you have proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale.
If an item has been opened then unfortunately we are unable to provide an exchange or refund.
TREATMENTS
We do not offer refunds for treatments or courses of treatments unless there is evidence of negligent practice on our behalf. If you purchase a treatment or course and you are not happy with the results received we will happily investigate the matter which may result in a credit being applied to your account.
We ask that any feedback regarding treatments is provided to us within 48 hours following the treatment.
Any discussions after this date will limit the action we may be able to take. All clients must follow our pre and post treatment advice to ensure they receive the best results from their treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash by the recipient
